We use your information to provide and improve the Service, process payments, send transactional emails, personalize your experience, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Sharing
We share data with: (a) service providers who assist in operating the platform under strict confidentiality agreements; (b) legal authorities when required by law; and (c) successor entities in the event of a merger or acquisition. See our Subprocessors list for details.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Project data is retained for 30 days after account deletion. You may request early deletion at any time.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, regular penetration testing, and SOC 2 Type II certification. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password.
