1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Ajath platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, registered users, and paying customers.

2. Description of Service

Ajath provides an AI-powered software development platform ("Service") that enables users to build, deploy, and manage applications using artificial intelligence tools including the Maya Agent. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) transmit harmful, offensive, or unlawful content; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code from any part of the Service; (d) use automated means to access the Service without permission; or (e) infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

Code and content generated by the Service using your prompts belongs to you, subject to our fair use policy. The underlying platform, models, and infrastructure remain the intellectual property of Ajath, Inc. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Payment & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ajath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Ajath in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without cause, with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@ajath.us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
